Without the cruise lines, Park West self-proclaimed "World's Largest Art Gallery", would be virtually unknown. Once one becomes a purchaser of their "product", for lack of a better word, aboard the cruise ship, their names are placed on invitation lists to Park West Gallery's gala VIP auctions. This enables them to take advantage of the passengers post cruise and continuing, always an available list to select and choose their quarry. Refusal of PWG to label their auctioneers as employees is a really wonderful dodge to NOT accepting responsibility of their misdeeds! The whole scheme is a perfect storm for fraud! Stay in touch for Part 2, it is shocking.
