Continuing her conversation regarding the recent complaint received from a Park West Victim, Teri reads from his email. At this point he is describing the notorious meetings that PWG victims are required to participate in, post auction. At this point he is confronted with an "unexpected buyer's premium", above and beyond the outrageous price of the "art" itself. Some very red flags were raised as he began to read the fine print in the contract. He found it to be extremely Anti-Consumer Protection. He was given the same old line..."the gallery has been in business for over 40 years, etc." and because of Royal Caribbean and its household name and only their name, he swallowed the bait and now is being held for ransom in order to receive any refund.
