Teri begins breaking down some of the tangled and deceptive areas that Park West Gallery uses to confuse and deter those who would attempt to uncover their misdeeds. As the class actions become more worrisome for them, attempting to assign damages to their product is indeed difficult especially in determining if they are even authentic. They have produced unauthorized editions of prints and have committed criminal actions against artists. Unfortunately, PWG is unwilling to reveal or turn over any information whatsoever. The class action attorneys should take note that Marc Scaglione is "Captain of the Ship" and needs to be deposed. He is definitely THE KEY! At this point in time appraisers that are NOT AUTHENTICATORS and are running rampant! BEWARE!!
