Teri announces that the Michigan firm of Kaufman, Payton & Chapa, have just filed a lawsuit against Park West Gallery and its principals, including Plymouth Auctioneering. 27 Plaintiffs have brought suit against the gallery, et al, for numerous counts. She delineates the causes of action contained in each one of the counts. Teri will be linking to the Certified Copy of the Complaint and posting it with this video. This is NOT a class action lawsuit such as the six that are pending in the State of Washington. The tsunami of victims commences!
