Responding to Teri's request to relate what "Hell" that Sharon and her husband have experienced with their attempt to have their money refunded by Park West Gallery, she answers by telling the tale of a couple who contacted her. She feels that most know what she has been through and decides to tell the story of how victims of PWG and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines were put through the anguish of being required to sign a GAG order before receiving any monies returned to them. Sharon points out specifically that she spoke with this couple BEFORE they signed the disgusting order.
