More discussion of the Contractual Agreement that must be signed by any auctioneer before they can be employed by Park West Gallery. Teri reads verbatim from the contract and the undeniable fact that anyone that signs it is in a world of hurt. The end result is akin to signing oneself up for indentured service to a company that could care less about you! And forget about seeking employment elsewhere if you decide you've had enough. YOU WILL BE SUED! Also, a bit of a news flash! Once again PWG uses the court system to bludgeon through legal channels and delay any justice to the victims that just would like their money returned. It seems that they have asked for an undetermined delay in the Michigan State case, again causing their beleaguered former customers to languish and wait for their day in court. Regardless of how they try to delay and maneuver with their legal tactics, Teri promises to keep the pressure on this very dark and sinister company.
