Kenth Bender - Artist

Kenth Bender - Artist

I was born in Sweden and worked primarily in oils, oil on paper and carcoal. I seeked to convey the mood and atmosphere of the motives and my intentions were to use expressionistic elements. Strong sense of mood and feeling, yet if the concept was of "dark" or of gloomy nature. At the time, 1989 – 1991, I mainly worked with abstractions and/or a kind of diffuse realism.

1991 I was invited to participate in a Group Exihibition with a couple of well known artists in Sweden. When the exhibition was ended in 1992, all paintings were lost/stolen. No painting was never found. Neither any payments for the paintings was accounted. After this accident I lost all my inspiration and took time out. But now I´m back on track 2010.
